These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WebArm24 (“WebArm24”, “we”, “us”), including our website at webarm24.online, the demo and account areas, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
WebArm24 provides browser-based automation and AI-assisted tools that interact with web pages according to your instructions. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
2. Accounts
You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may sign in with email and password or, where we offer it, with Google; your use of Google sign-in is also subject to Google’s terms and policies.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you must not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data; interfere with or disrupt the Service; use the Service to violate applicable law; scrape or overload our infrastructure in a way that harms availability; or use the Service to harm third-party sites or users. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or others.
4. Third-party websites and content
The Service may retrieve or interact with third-party websites on your behalf. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies. You are responsible for your use of third-party sites and for complying with their terms.

The Service, including its software, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights except the limited right to use the Service as offered.

7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebArm24 and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty euros (€50), if you have not paid us.
8. Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by updating the date above or posting a notice on the site). Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
